A plan that takes the shape of your condition
Each program changes what your plan looks like day to day.
Opening a programme reshapes the plan you already have
Choosing a programme does not open a separate module, a separate tab or a separate plan. It changes the daily shape of the plan you already use: which meal is suggested, at what hour you are reminded, which nutrient is flagged, which warning moves to the front.
More than one programme can be active at once, because people are like that too: someone with hypertension may also want to lose weight, someone pregnant may also be on thyroid medication. Programmes do not cancel each other out — they are weighed together, and where two rules collide the more restrictive one wins.
Chronic programmes stay open until you close them. Special periods such as pregnancy and breastfeeding carry their own duration; when it runs out the app does not quietly switch it off, it asks whether it still applies. Acute conditions expire on their own — a throat infection that has passed should not keep shaping your plan for months.
Weight Management
A sustainable deficit rather than a sudden restriction. As your weight changes the target is recalculated, and protein is prioritised to limit muscle loss. If the medication you take affects appetite or metabolism, the plan accounts for it.
Diabetes
Carbohydrate is spread evenly across meals instead of piling into one. Medication and insulin times settle into your daily rhythm, and the spacing between meal and dose is built into the plan. Upload your labs and the movement of your HbA1c and fasting glucose becomes visible over time.
Hypertension
A sodium ceiling is respected in every meal of the plan — putting away the salt shaker is not enough, the hidden sodium in processed food is counted too. Potassium, magnesium and fibre are balanced alongside it. Medication reminders settle around how blood pressure moves through the day.
PCOS
Meal distribution that respects insulin sensitivity, snacks that flatten the glycaemic load, and suggestions that shift with the phases of your cycle. If you take supplements such as inositol, vitamin D or omega-3, the RDA analysis counts them in.
Thyroid
Thyroid medication is highly sensitive to absorption: calcium, iron and soy are not scheduled at the same hour, and enough distance is placed between the dose and breakfast. Goitrogenic foods are not banned, but their quantity is kept consistent — it is the swings that move the numbers.
Pregnancy
Folate, iron, iodine and calcium needs change by trimester, and the plan follows that change. Foods to avoid — raw meat, unpasteurised dairy, high-mercury fish, excess caffeine — are removed from suggestions from the start. During pregnancy the OTC suggestion engine switches off and points you to your doctor.
Breastfeeding
While breastfeeding, calorie and fluid needs rise and some medications pass into milk. The plan meets the higher need; if your list contains a substance incompatible with breastfeeding, that is flagged. As in pregnancy, no OTC suggestions are given — the decision belongs to your doctor.
Plant-Based
On a plant-based diet the risk is not calories but micronutrients: B12, iron, zinc, calcium, omega-3 and vitamin D. The plan tracks these first, spreads protein sources through the day and pairs iron with vitamin C to improve absorption.
Quitting Smoking
Quitting changes appetite, blood sugar and sleep; the plan accounts for that to limit weight gain. Nicotine replacement products enter the medication list too and go through the interaction check. Streaks earn their keep here: the counter runs forward, not backward.
Hair Health
Hair loss is often not a problem in itself but a signal: iron, ferritin, vitamin D, zinc and thyroid values are frequently involved. The plan follows those values, and where your labs show a shortfall it steers the nutrition suggestions towards it.
Fasting & Ramadan
With fasting or time-restricted eating, the real question is not the window but what you fit inside it. The plan places meals within your eating window, and fluid targets and medication times are recalculated around it. If a drug of yours cannot be taken on an empty stomach, that clash is flagged.
Healthy Aging
With age, protein needs rise, vitamin D and calcium keep their weight, and taking several medications raises interaction risk. The plan lifts the protein target, watches bone health, and tightens the interaction scan as your medication list grows.
