Why Vitonella
A health app that knows your prescription
Calorie apps do not know your prescription; chatbots do not know your lab results. Vitonella was built to close both gaps at once.
Why Vitonella?
Health and technology, under one roof.
Most products in health-tech are either too technical or too generic. As a pharmacist, I observed the real needs of patients on their health journey; as a developer, I saw I could build a tool that responds to those needs directly.
Vitonella combines evidence-based health information with AI-powered personalization. From nutrition plans to medication reminders, from chronic-condition tracking to a 24/7 health assistant — every feature is designed to solve a real user problem.
Vitonella is not a substitute for professional medical advice — but it's a trusted companion by your side every day on your health journey.

Built around you
Your plan starts from you rather than from an average: your age, weight, chronic conditions, medication list, wake and meal times, preferred cuisine and goal. Two people chasing the same goal do not get the same plan, because their prescriptions, their lab results and their days are not the same.
- 02
Medication-aware
Most nutrition apps have no idea what you are taking and never once weigh your prescription when they suggest a meal. Vitonella does. Your medication list is matched against a food interaction database, and anything that could alter how a drug behaves is brought forward.
- 03
Nutrition beyond calories
Calories on their own can mislead. Protein affects muscle loss, fibre affects digestion, micronutrients affect fatigue and immunity — and the hour of a meal can change how a medicine is absorbed. The plan holds all of it at once.
- 04
Made for chronic conditions
Diabetes, hypertension, thyroid conditions and PCOS are not calculated once and finished; they ask you to decide again every day. Vitonella writes the condition into your profile and lifts that weight from you: carbohydrate distribution, the sodium ceiling and the gap between medicine and meal are already built into the plan.
- 05
AI where it helps, rules where it counts
Planning and conversation run on AI, because that is where flexibility and an ear for language are needed. Interaction warnings come from a deterministic database, because what is needed there is certainty. That division is the most important design decision in the product: a model saying “I think that is fine” does not carry the same weight as a rule saying “this pair is contraindicated”.
- 06
For the long run
Streaks, daily rituals and weekly reviews were designed for months rather than for one enthusiastic week. Missing a day does not reset the streak, because you have freezes. What decides an outcome in health is not the flawless week but being able to come back after a poor one.
