Pre-contract Information

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Art. 5) you must read the following before the contract is made. The Turkish version prevails.
1. Provider
Vitonella, Erzurum Mah. Eceabat Sok. No:10/6 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. Email: enesdeveci@vitonella.com.
2. Main characteristics
the Vitonella plan you buy: for the plan period (30 days monthly, 365 days yearly), a personal nutrition and medicine plan, reminders, the AI assistant and the other features of the plan in the app and on vitonella.com. Quotas and scope are listed on the pricing page. Vitonella is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service.
3. Total price
the amount shown on the payment page (taxes included). No other charges apply.
4. Payment
One-time payment by credit or debit card through PayTR. Your card details never reach Vitonella and are not stored.
5. Performance and period
The service starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and lasts the plan period (30 days monthly, 365 days yearly).
6. No automatic renewal
This payment does not renew automatically; the service ends by itself at the end of the period. To continue, you buy again.
7. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is performed electronically right away with your consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15). At the payment step you separately confirm that the service starts immediately and that you therefore have no right of withdrawal. If a technical problem keeps you from using the service, you can request a refund by email.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints: enesdeveci@vitonella.com. In a dispute you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court above them.
Distance Service Contract

This contract is made electronically by your confirmation at the payment step; a copy is emailed to you after payment. The Turkish version prevails.
Article 1 – Parties
Provider: Vitonella, Erzurum Mah. Eceabat Sok. No:10/6 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye, enesdeveci@vitonella.com (“Vitonella”). Consumer: the account holder who pays on vitonella.com.
Article 2 – Subject
Providing the Vitonella plan you buy for the plan period (30 days monthly, 365 days yearly) and payment of its price.
Article 3 – Price and payment
The price is the amount shown on the payment page (taxes included), paid once through PayTR.
Article 4 – Term and end
The service starts on payment confirmation and ends by itself at the end of the period. The contract does not renew automatically and no stored card is charged.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer agrees that the service starts electronically right away; therefore there is no right of withdrawal under Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 6 – Terms of use and personal data
The Terms of Use apply to use of the service. Personal data is processed as described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Article 7 – Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them, have jurisdiction.
